About
Larry Vanty, PA-C, is an experienced physician assistant with a deep background in emergency medicine and trauma care. He is currently serving our community at Catalyst Medical Group’s Express Care at Valley Medical Center, where he provides comprehensive urgent care services to patients of all ages.
Larry earned his paramedic certification from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, before completing the Hospital Corpsman Basic Course with the United States Navy in Great Lakes, Illinois. He later chose to pursue healthcare further and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in physician assistant studies through MEDEX Northwest at the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle and Yakima.
With over a decade of experience in the field, Larry brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. He is skilled in diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries. Before joining Catalyst Medical Group’s Express Care, Larry served as a physician assistant in various settings, including trauma surgery, emergency medicine, and urgent care. He has also worked as a flight paramedic and EMT, providing critical care to patients in need.
When he’s not seeing patients, Larry enjoys the great outdoors and spends time hitting the water and doing some whitewater rafting.
