This was my first visit. I found Dr. Bigsby to have very nice manner that put me at ease to speak with her and be examined. She is intelligent and sensitive. She is thorough and available to answer questions. I appreciated her very much. I did wait over an hour to get into the exam room, then another 10-15 minute wait there. I had to call another appointment and beg them to wait. I almost walked out of the Bigsby appointment, but either way, cancel the other or walk out results in a bad record of a "no show." A simple adjustment in scheduling would be a good option. This is especially since the appointment I made was 3 months out.

Dr. Carasali always has a realistic and informative nature when my children are seen by him. He has been our pediatrician for just over 4 years and I've had no inclination to switch providers. The doctor was running behind schedule which happens and I understand but, there should be a way for patients to be notified ahead of their appointments so they can shift their schedules as well. I have to take leave from work for my appointments and if the schedule is behind by half an hour, it would be nice to take less time from work and spend less time in a medical facility where I could possibly be exposed to an illness. Other than that, I really do like my provider and my annual exams are going great.

She spent a good amount of time with me, and asked and answered questions to my satisfaction. The walls between patient rooms are not insulated well, though, and I could hear private conversations.
