Dr. Parkey's journey in medicine began with a bachelor’s degree in microbiology from Texas Tech University in Lubbock in 1986. He furthered his education at UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, earning his Doctor of Medicine degree in 1992. Following this, he completed rigorous residency training at the renowned Children’s Medical Center Dallas between 1992 and 1995, honing his expertise in pediatric care.
